How will our relationship work?
We depend on open communication and your evaluation of our work. No contracts are required. Whether you are interested in setting up repeat cleanings or would like to call us whenever you need us we are always happy to come out.
What if something is missed during a cleaning?
We stand behind our work 100% so if anything is missed or not done to your full satisfaction we will most definitely return to clean at absolutely no additional cost within 24 hours to make sure you are always happy with our work.
Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
This is completely up to you. We can use your supplies or provide our own. We can provide cleaning supplies for additional $45.

There is a list of particular supplies that over the years have proven to be effective and consistent in results. You can find and download a list by clicking on the link above.
Will I get the same team/maid every time?
You can request to get the same person or team of maids for every visit. This way the team/maid is familiar with your house. In the event of an employee's illness or vacation, we will do our best to substitute another lady that is familiar with all your cleaning needs.
How do I pay?
We require cash payment for the first visit and all once in a while call ins. If repeat service is scheduled, you can simply leave a check (made out to Maiden Poland Cleaning Service), pay cash, Zelle or Venmo.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
If you need to reschedule your cleaning simply call us 24 hours in advance. You will not incur any charges if you need to cancel last minute.
