How will our relationship work?
We depend on open communication and your evaluation of our work. No contracts are required.
What if something is damaged while my house is cleaned?
We will always take the best care of your home. Should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will do our best to repair or replace the item.
Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
This is your option. We can use your supplies or provide our own. We can provide cleaning supplies (including a vacuum) for $15-$25 per cleaning.
Will I get the same team/maid every time?
You can request to get the same person or team of maids for every visit. This way the team/maid is familiar with your house. In the event of an employee's illness or vacation, we will do our best to send one of other employees.
How do I pay?
We require cash payment for the first visit. For each consecutive visit you can simply leave a check (made out to Maiden Poland Cleaning Service) or pay cash.
Do I have to be home when the team comes?
Most of our customers entrust us with keys or leave permission for us to enter their home with the doorman.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
If you need to reschedule your cleaning simply call us 24 hours in advance. You will not incur any charges if you need to cancel last minute.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. Major holidays include: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July.
